Hello Garry Chan,

I have given close look to your issue in RC1. it's working properly at my side.when you install "mrp_jit" module, it willl outomaticaly create OP and  PO to.
I have attached video for your reference .please go throw it.
If you  still faced the problem ,inform us.

  [6.1-RC1] No Automatic Procurement process after creating a MO

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  Version: 6.1RC1-20120112-173907
  OS Platform: Linux Ubuntu
  Openerp Client: Web-Client

  
  I created a new database using default demo data. So nothing has been modified except:

  -install the MRP module
  -changing procurement method of side panel to MTO rather than MTS.

  When I create a new MO of Cabinet (with BOM component of Side Panel),
  and click "confirm Production". It doesn't automatically create any PO
  based on COM.

  However, when click "Force Reservation". The automatic procurement
  process then runs, BUT without any messages shown that PO is create
  except MO is ready to produce.

  This doesn't happen in earlier version of Openerp 6.0.2, as it should
  be expecting OP created after MO created and before any "force
  reservation"
