As per my "Opinion" this is a wish for an not existing feature, so I am
considering this as a "wishlist" priority... I personnaly think that we
have other things to deal with for now so i'm setting it as 'won't fix',
but i' forwarding this proposal to our usability expert in case she'd
think it would be a good idea to implement it for a further version.

  chart of accounts - do not display company

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  IMHO even in multicompany the typical chart of account will and must
  only display the accounts of ONE company

  only for consolidated charts accounts from different companies are
  shown

  the current setup does NOT allow to display a chart of account for a
  parent company only if th users has access rigths for parent and child
  compenies  - which is a must if consolidation should work
