I can not see the Email module.

In addition to the packages we use are required to mail SmtpClient not.

  Mistake to send mail with accents in the destination address

Bug description:
  In the log show "INFO:smtp:sending 2 emails from message queue !"
  And the  error is that the message is in the message queue smtp:
  "
  'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xe1' in position 192: ordinal not in range(128)
  "
