  Mistake to send mail with accents in the destination address

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  In the log show "INFO:smtp:sending 2 emails from message queue !"
  And the  error is that the message is in the message queue smtp:
  "
  'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xe1' in position 192: ordinal not in range(128)
  "
