Hi Amit. Here is the video showing the steps i do to produce this error:

My server 6.1RC1 is installed on new virtual machine with Ubuntu 11.10 server with Croatian language. I get the same error with 6.1RC1 desktop client and with web client (Firefox 9.0.1 and Google Chrome 16.0.912.77 m).
Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Hope this helps

Bug description:
  There is a problem with surveys (human resource) and croatian letters.
  Printing surveys or answering them or printing answers of a survey
  reports an error or shows wrong characters if we use croatian letters
  (šđč枊ĐČĆŽ).
