Title:
  [6.1] module base_module_record doesn't install correctly

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  OpenERP 6.1-RC1

  Installation of base_module_record seems to go well at first.

  However, I then get 2 entries "Export customization as a module" in
  Settings >Customization > Module Creation, and when I click on it
  nothing happens.
