I have checked this issue with 6.1 Trunk but I did not face any 
problem with act_window.So would you please provide 
more information  like  version and revision.

I have attached a video for your reference.

  it is not working in version 6.1 while working in  6.0.3 of openerp 
  totally bad work in openerp version  6.1
