this is indeed something yet to be done.

For the time being, you can delete the record with name
action_document_browse
frmo your ir_model_data

Please be aware that the migration for 7.0 is far from finished, so ymmv

  Hello,

  I just tried to upgrade our openerp database from version 6.1 to 7.0
  but I receive an AssertionError.
