No, it does ;-) I extracted the changes in noupdate data in the project module between 6.1 and 7.0 using the aforementioned script which I hacked up some time ago and is now included in the server distribution. Its format is a bit nonstandard though, so I reformatted it so that it looks like the usual OpenERP XML.
