Hey all,

Not sure if you've all been setup to subscribe to the list or not, but
thought i'd send out a email just to test everything is OK.

The #! IRC Ops team is for exactly that, the channel IRC ops. At the
moment it's restricted but i'll change it over to moderated sometime
in the near future so people can apply to be channel ops.

I'm also working on a "incident" module for Scribbler, in that
whenever we have a +b/+q or a kick on the IRC channel the bot will
grab the last 50 lines or so and email this list with the details of
what went down. This will stop us having to mail the list etc. From
the mails from the bot we can then resolve any issues with the
kick/ban.
