  format of EC2_ACCESS_KEY is correct in novarc file

Bug description:
  During my setup I didn't require the following step:
  Quoting from page 20 of book:
  "Open the novarc file and replace the line
  export EC2_ACCESS_KEY="novaadmin:proj" with export EC2_ACCESS_KEY="c043916c-9a0c-4f91-ad6c-4b30908b6c77:proj" "

  but it was already in the required format in novarc file. It must have
  already been fixed by developers.
