Title:
  Several Incomplete commands

Status in OpenStack Book for Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The style of the book appears to be to give complete commands,
  including the sudo before hand if it is required.

  In a few places, sudo is missing where required.

  e.g.

  Page 25: service apache2 restart
  Page 27:mkdir /run/swift
  Page 27:chown swift.swift /run/swift

  Fixed the above mentioned in the branch attached.
