  Openstack Compute Starter Guide: Adding Roles to User clarification

Bug description:
  In the Openstack Compute Starter Guide, pg 15:

  In the last part of this section, it references adding the Member role
  to the Horizon and Swift.

  The user id for the command example is for the admin user,
  b3de3aeec2544f0f90b9cbfe8b8b7acd, and not the swift user,
  1b986cca67e242f38cd6aa4bdec587ca.

  There needs to be clarification to the following steps:
  1. does the swift user need to be added to two roles for this user? We added the admin role for swift for the tenant 'service' in the previous command example, do we need add the member role for the tenant 'admin' as well for swift?

  2. the document reference the role is used by Horizon and Swift, there
  is no reference to the horizon user. Needs to be clarified is this a
  new user or does horizon use the other four referenced users, e.g.
  swift, glance, nova or admin?
