Bug description:
  Missing image reported multiple times on this page:
  http://docs.openstack.org/essex/openstack-compute/starter/content/OpenStack-d1e94.html#comment-562725855

  Check that the pom.xml is copying the correct image type (png, jpg) to
  the right folder location and that the figures directory is correctly
  referenced in the docbook source.
