The directory rling contains a number of .c files,such as
sources/c/spelabc.c

This files contain something useful only if old obscure compilers (from
Borland or Watcom) are used.

Do we need them? Is anybody interested in building cuneiform with this
compilers?

If not,maybe Jussi can remove this files?
