[Bug 525051] Re: Latest source compiles on Windows, but spits an error "can't find PUMA.dll"

There was a puma.dll but it was renamed cuneiform.dll to make cf usable
as a library. However the code seems to do some sort of manual dynamic
linkage thing with itself. I have no idea where or why or why other
platforms (including MinGW) work.

I got a problem after compiling the latest source to cuneiform.exe.
When I start the program, the error happens in which it is written: can't
find PUMA.dll
so when I see the dll's after compilation I can't see there Puma.dll
