Bug description:
The CLI program does not call Magick::InitializeMagick(). While it is not strictly necessary (at least for the current versions of ImageMagick), it is needed if one wants to link Cuneiform with GraphicsMagick (via its ImageMagick compatibility layer). The attached patch add such a call.
