Bug description:
When a machine is deployed with zfsroot using MAAS, is released, and
then deployed again with zfsroot, the deploy fails with:
Unexpected error while running command. Command: ['zpool',
'create', '-o', 'ashift=12', '-o', 'version=28', '-O', 'atime=off',
'-O', 'canmount=off', '-O', 'normalization=formD', '-O',
'mountpoint=/', '-R', '/tmp/tmp7iw54o75/target', 'rpool', '/dev/disk
/by-id/scsi-1AMCC_J4VZRA9F000000000000-part1'] Exit code: 1
Reason: - Stdout: '' Stderr: invalid vdev specification
use '-f' to override the following errors: /dev/disk
/by-id/scsi-1AMCC_J4VZRA9F000000000000-part1 is part of potentially
active pool 'rpool'
