Bug description:
  [s390x] should use dasd partition table on dasd drives

  otherwise other IBM tooling will see those drives as empty.

  Note, that on non-dasd drives, msdos partition table should be used.

  See parted disk info, similar to how parted-basic writes out a disk
  type.
