Bug description:
After selecting a DASD device for LVM the subiquity installer crashes.
Observed no issues when installing the same device without LVM selected.
Curtin logs report IOCTL errors:
Partitioning /dev/dasdb with ['fdasd', '--verbose', '--config=/tmp/tmpix4q4399.fdasd', '/dev/dasdb']
Running command ['fdasd', '--verbose', '--config=/tmp/tmpix4q4399.fdasd', '/dev/dasdb'] with allowed return codes [0] (capture=True)
