Yes. Subiquity tends to pull from curtin master since it's built as a snap.
MAAS, the other consumer of subiquity, also pulls in curtin from master as
well.
So Subiquity edge snap can pick this up rather quickly. @Michael can comment
on the Subiquity timeline.

Fairly soon the new Ubuntu release will be open and we'll need to upload
master; I would expect that to happen in a few weeks. Currently there are no
plans to SRU curtin into older releases; but it may happen if downstream MAAS
customers who aren't on a snapped MAAS need this fix.
