[Merge] ~dbungert/curtin:get-resize-fstypes into curtin:master
Dan Bungert has proposed merging ~dbungert/curtin:get-resize-fstypes into curtin:master.
Commit message:
block: provide get_resize_fstypes
So callers can know which fs types we can and can't resize.
