Did a bit a refactoring:

* introduced nvme_tcp._iter_cfg_mounts and used it for requires_firmware_support() and needs_network_in_initramfs()
* introduced nvme_tcp._mount_item_requires_network() and used it in the functions mentioned previously.
* added early `return True` statements in requires_firmware_support() if we find out that /boot or the ESP are on remote storage.
