[Bug 2110385] [NEW] program and help not corresponding

Public bug reported:

$ lsb_release -cs
plucky

$ papers --version
Papers 48.0

help (yelp) says: «Select the Annotate the document button from the
header bar:» and shows a symbol of a pencil. But papers doesn't show any
pencil. Do I need glasses? :roll:

help (yelp) says: «Select the desired zoom percentage from the drop-down
menu in the top-right corner.» and shows 100% and a symbol for drop dwon
menu. But papers doesn't show anything like that. I really need glasses!
:-(

help (yelp) says: «To swap black for white, white for black, and so on,
press the menu button in the top-right corner of the window and select
Night Mode.» The same procedure. But I found it in dconf-editor, so I am
really worried about the need of glasses. ;-)

I appreciate you to fix either the program to show what the help says or
update the documentation.

Thanks.

** Affects: papers (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
