Failing to open Bluetooth settings and failing to reconnect
automatically sound like different issues. Which one would you like this
bug to be about?

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When I want to connect my headphones via Bluetooth, I can't always go
  to "Bluetooth Settings"... It just doesn't open. Also, I can only
  connect to the headphones if I restart Bluetooth... This is not very
  convenient... I would like Ubuntu to keep it in memory and be able to
  connect to my headphones itself if I turn on Bluetooth connection
