  papers crashed with SIGSEGV in PPS_IS_DOCUMENT()

Bug description:
  I can reproduce the crash fairly easily when opening any PDF and
  moving/resizing the window. It doesn't *always* crash immediately, but
  most of the time when I maximize the window or snap it to a half-
  screen.
