  There are no unique files in libwnck-3-common in comparison to
  libwnck-3-0. The NEWS.gz in libwnck-3-common is the same file.

  The Debian version list of files look like translations that were automatically stripped for Ubuntu-

  It doesn't need to be required, recommended or even exist at all.
