Thanks. Yes it was confusing because you're on the original versions of
bluez and linux, neither of which have received any updates yet.

Title:
  Cannot connect to MDR-1000X anymore

Status in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  This morning I went to connect my headphones and they would not
  connect.  WheI used bluetoothctl I could see them connect for a second
  and then disconnect.  This was the same with Ubuntu 24.04, 24.10 and
  25.04, as I upgraded hoping it would solve the problem, but it did not
  stay connected.  It Immediately disconnected.
