A new release of gsasl is available for merging from Debian Unstable.

If it turns out this needs a sync rather than a merge, please change the
tag 'dcr-merge' to 'dcr-sync', and (optionally) update the title as
desired.

If this merge pulls in a new upstream version, also consider adding an
entry to the questing Release Notes:

    - Build-Depends on git, gnulib (and forgotten) gengetopt, gperf.
    - Uses gnulib-dpkg.mk to checkout gnulib clone.
    - Use ./bootstrap instead of calling autoreconf directly.
  * Add Recommends:gnulib-l10n to gsasl, for gnulib translations.
  * tests: Check that gnulib translations work.
  * Drop no longer needed gperf lintian-overrides.
