Debian is frozen in preparation for the Debian 13 release. I am
struggling with capacity currently. Since I don't immediately plan to
file unblock requests for vte2.91 and gnome-terminal, I didn't do
uploads in Debian. These packages are good candidates for unblocks; it
just needs someone to do the work.

We could instead update vte2.91 and gnome-terminal to the latest
versions directly in the ubuntu/latest branches. On the other hand, we
plan to ship GNOME 49 for Ubuntu 25.10. With limited capacity, there
isn't as much benefit in packaging GNOME 48.x releases for Ubuntu 25.10
if we are unlikely to prepare SRUs for Ubuntu 25.04 for these packages.

  A new release of gnome-terminal is available for merging from Debian
  Unstable.

  If it turns out this needs a sync rather than a merge, please change
  the tag 'dcr-merge' to 'dcr-sync', and (optionally) update the title
  as desired.

  If this merge pulls in a new upstream version, also consider adding an
  entry to the questing Release Notes:
