[Bug 2084926] Re: test suite tries to open too many pipe buffers

I tried to drop the patch when merging in Questing and it is still
needed it seems, the builds failed

amd64

### RUNNING TEST keyctl/id/noargs
Running with watched session keyring RHTS/keyctl/13935
/dev/watch_queue(size): Operation not permitted

arm64

### RUNNING TEST keyctl/newring/valid
Running with watched session keyring RHTS/keyctl/14948
/dev/watch_queue(size): Operation not permitted

armhf

### RUNNING TEST features/builtin_trusted
Running with watched session keyring RHTS/keyctl/11926
/dev/watch_queue(size): Inappropriate ioctl for device

Perhaps that could be upstreamed to Debian (though that's not an issue there?) or upstream...

Title:
test suite tries to open too many pipe buffers

Status in keyutils package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
The current setting of 256 seems to hit the limit when executing many test cases,
giving an -EPERM error after some test cases. If you rebuild after getting the error,
even the first test case fails. This seems to be a kernel counter associated to
the user session (persistent across builds) that is not properly cleaned up.
