Title:
  Boot splash is missing since plymouth 24.004.60-2ubuntu8

Bug description:
  After updated to questing (25.10 dev branch), there is no plymouth boot screen.
  I try to install previous 24.004.60-2ubuntu7 by manual download deb file and "dpkg -i" and all works fine with it.

  PS. I'm use kubuntu
