and then let's see what it looks like when it boots normally. Run:
apport-collect 2113777

Also, the info shows you are running Ubuntu 24.04.2, not Ubuntu 25.04?

  Dell laptop Pro max 16, Intel Meteor Lake, Ubuntu 25.04, only HDMI
  audio detected, no analog/internal audio, tried all model/kernel
  options.
