What is /home/a/mystorage ?
So it looks like your Ubuntu install uses btrfs. That's experimental and
it's worth mentioning sooner. I don't know if it is related to this
issue though.
That isn't what the login screen looks like for Ubuntu 24.04 LTS either.
Yes, it would be helpful if you could verify whether this happens in the
"live" session of an Ubuntu ISO.

Bug description:
I open window of GNOME Files for my usb drive. Works good. Then I push Maximize button (middle button on the right top corner) and GNOME Files freeze forever...
In htop for `/usr/bin/nautilus --gapplication-service` 100% CPU usage, 0.4 Mem usage.
