There are no autopkgtests but upgrading from the existing version and
installing from scratch both work as expected, and the Ubuntu delta is
present in both cases.

  Ubuntu: 2.3-42ubuntu1
  Debian: 2.3-43

  A new release of anacron is available for merging from Debian
  Unstable.

  If it turns out this needs a sync rather than a merge, please change
  the tag 'dcr-merge' to 'dcr-sync', and (optionally) update the title
  as desired.
