Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and contributing to
Ubuntu.

Nautilus should handle old configs instead of crashing. Can you bisect
which configuration file causes this crash?

  just reinstall 25.04. Now nautilus doesn't launch. running nautilus
  from command line shows this error:
