[Bug 2114911] [NEW] procps FTBFS with rust-coreutils: stty does not support /bin/stty: invalid argument 'sane'

As annotated above, the important error is "/bin/stty: invalid argument
'sane'". Now, when I re-run the test with /usr/bin/stty ->
/usr/bin/gnustty, the tests pass again:

The "/bin/stty: invalid argument 'sane'" error from rust-coreutils is due to the fact that coreutils does not support[2] "combination" options in general, and the "sane" option specifically.
