Title:
  pget always uses 1 download connection over ftp-ssl

Status in lftp package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  $ lsb_release -rd
  Description:    Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
  Release:        14.04
  $ apt-cache policy lftp
  lftp:
    Installed: 4.4.13-1
    Candidate: 4.4.13-1
    Version table:
   *** 4.4.13-1 0
          500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty/main amd64 Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

  FTP host is tickhistory-ftp.thomsonreuters.com:15500 with SSL enabled.

  In one window I start 'pget -n 5 filename'
  In the other window I start 'iftop -P' and observe that the data is being downloaded from tickhistory-ftp.thomsonreuters.com:<random port> only, the other 4 connections to tickhistory-ftp.thomsonreuters.com:15500 are idle.
