That's a little complicated. Debian testing and Ubuntu questing both
have Mir-2.20.2. (AIUI Mir is uploaded to Debian first and sync'd to
Ubuntu from there.)

Mir-2.21 was released a week ago, but this fix wasn't ready in time.

We're not started the release cycle for 2.22, but expect to in our next
iteration.

The change would be safe and trivial to backport/distro patch, but
without a couple of discussions am not sure where is the best place for
that.
