[Bug 2116019] Re: gnome calculator ignores radians setting; is still degrees

Hello and thanks for the bug report.

I am having trouble replicating this issue with the version specified.
sin(1.5) has different values in radians and degrees modes (set in the
Preferences pane), and both are correct.

Do you mind detailing the steps you took, or possibly attaching a video
demonstrating the issue?

Title:
gnome calculator ignores radians setting; is still degrees

Status in gnome-calculator package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Gnome calculator is set "radians to radians" and it still gives
  degrees as the answer.

For example, sin(1.5 radians) is actually 0.99749, but the gnome
  calculator gives 0.02617

If you try it in degrees, set to "degrees to degrees", sin(1.5
degrees), you get the same answer, 0.02617.
