You can get them with the following command:

journalctl --user -b

In addition, is there anything special about your 365 account, e.g. tied
to your company SSO?

  This may be related to upstream bug https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gvfs/-/issues/804

  M365 Files are configured via Settings app. When opening the location
  in Nautilus, 2 folders are displayed:

  - root
  - Shared with me

  
  Opening "Shared with me" works fine, but opening "root" throws an error:

  This location could not be displayed.
  Sorry, could not display all the contents of "root": The connection is closed
