  remove sudo-ldap package

Status in sudo package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  sudo-ldap will be removed from Debian 14
  (https://salsa.debian.org/sudo-
  team/sudo/-/blob/debian/latest/debian/control#L44), hence 26.04. It is
  better to remove it in the interim release than the LTS.
