  Test machine is a Raspberry Pi 5 16Gb RAM, architecture arm64, with Ubuntu 25.04 Plucky.

  After upgrading from Mesa "25.0.3-1ubuntu2" to
  "25.0.7-0ubuntu0.25.04.1" the Ubuntu's Remote Desktop Sharing doesn't
  work anymore giving these errors on remote connection attempt:

  gnome-remote-desktop-daemon[2228]: [11:45:26:205] [2228:00000c36] [ERROR][com.freerdp.channels.cliprdr.server] - [cliprdr_server_receive_pdu]: cliprdr_server_receive_format_list failed with error 1359!

  After downgrading Mesa packages to previous "25.0.3-1ubuntu2" Ubuntu's
  Remote Desktop Sharing works again:

  gnome-remote-de[2231]: [RDP.RDPGFX] CapsAdvertise: Accepting capability set with version RDPGFX_CAPVERSION_107, Client cap flags: H264 (AVC444): false, H264 (AVC420): false

  Test Case 1
  ===========
  This test case requires a Raspberry Pi 5.

  Install all updates. This includes mesa 25.07 since that has reached
  plucky-updates. Log out and log back in.

  Verify that the Raspberry Pi cannot be accessed remotely with RDP
  (using GNOME Remote Desktop).

  Install the updated gnome-remote-desktop. Log out and log back in.
  Verify that the Raspberry Pi now is able to be accessed remotely with
  RDP.

  Test Case 2
  ===========
  Complete the Basic RDP Test Case and the Basic Remote Login Test Case from Basic RDP Test Case on an **amd64** computer (Intel or AMD does not matter) instead of on arm64.

  What Could Go Wrong
  ===================
  This is a minimal cherrypick of the commit that was verified to fix this issue.

  Technically this is a regression-update (although triggered by a mesa
  SRU) so we may want to rush this update sooner than the usual 7 day
  minimum per

  Other Info
  ==========
  This regression does not affect Ubuntu 24.04 LTS with mesa 25.07, only Ubuntu 25.04.
