Looks like v2.5.1 (released on 	20 May 2025) might not have all commits included that we are looking for,
like for example:

  Among other new features and fixes this version
  - adds  support for various new various s390x instructions (BPP, BPRP, PPA and NIAI)
  - and fixes numerous s390x bugs
