Title:
gtk4 default header bar buttons are not circular

Status in yaru-theme package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  [Impact]

Window buttons of pure GTK4 applications are rectangles with round
  corners.

  [Test case]

  - Run gtk4-demo
  - Check window buttons have the yaru rounded style

  [Regression potential]

Very low, some windows may have smaller window buttons.

  ---

  Open a non-libadwaita Gtk4 application, such as gtk4-demo.
Observe how the minimize/maximize/close buttons have a "vertical rectangle squircle" background rather than a circle.
