Title:
Monitor doesn't show any output after boot

Status in mutter package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
One of my monitors does not show the screen when Ubuntu boots, like
the other monitors do, it just hangs on a black screen like it is not
receiving any input. The only workarounds I have found so far are:

  1. Unplug and re-plug the monitor
  2. Turn the monitor off in the display settings, apply and keep changes, then turn it back on

This did not exist on 24.04 or 24.10, but I have reproduced in 25.04
and 25.10. The monitor is an "Acer Nitro 34" 21:9 Curved UWQHD", and
it works fine on Windows 11 as well, the problem appears to be
  exclusive to the newer Ubuntu.
