The upstream bug has been closed after >5 years of inactivity, and lack
of replies to requests to reproduce it on modern/supported GNOME
releases.. The Ubuntu bug needs to be retriaged by a user affected by
the problem (@thejoe). Setting it to Incomplete.

  in results in a window with the following error:
