I can't reproduce this on 24.04 under X or Wayland. Is the issue easily
reproducible for you? Does it happen every time?

If so, do you think you could provide a screen capture demonstrating the
problem?

  Nautilis crashes when pressing search button

  Upgraded from Ubuntu 22.04 to 24.04, now in the Nautilus file manager when I press the search button the program crashes and the following is produced in the syslog:
