[Bug 2119374] [NEW] Create standalone unity-session package

Public bug reported:

The binary package unity-session has been living in the gnome-session source package.
In GNOME 49, GNOME is making breaking changes that most likely affect the unity session:
* https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-session/-/merge_requests/145
* https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-session/-/issues/161

Thus, unity-session might need to move to an older fork of gnome-session such as cinnamon-session.
As a first step, I've dropped the unity-session binary package from gnome-session 49.alpha which is now in questing-proposed. It will not be allowed to migrate until another source package starts providing a unity-session binary package.
