  distribute_signals() from on_worker_message_received()

  The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding tracker-miners.  This problem was most recently seen with package version 3.7.1-1build1, the problem page at https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/da5f8cb3cc278bd294f733a7bfefd8ace9129518 contains more details, including versions of packages affected, stacktrace or traceback, and individual crash reports.
